OPERATIONS

BOLD FIU | 2019

BOLD is a student-run and faculty-managed strategic communications agency at Florida International University. Students gain hands-on, real-world experience in a professional agency environment. The experiential learning opportunity helps students develop and sharpen their skills through real client work, workshops, team-building exercises and networking engagements with professionals and thought leaders in the communications industry.


In my operations role, I was to lead the management and finances of the student-run agency for the Spring 2019 semester. We recruited and onboard 102 members, the highest in the organization's history, and introduced 8 new local South Florida businesses into our accounts team. 

MARKETING

AIESEC UNITED STATES | 2016-2018

In 2016, I was responsible for field marketing and product campaigns at a local committee level for an international nonprofit organization, serving on an executive board which aimed to grow exchange program growth and campus presence. In my term, I recruited, trained, and managed a team of 12 students in content creation, advertising, social media, and event coordination. 


That year, AIESEC in Miami received 674 applications, garnering over 496% growth in attraction from the previous year of outgoing exchange program applicants. From this, my team was chosen from among 52 Local Committees in AIESEC United States to be awarded the Excellence in Marketing Growth for the 2016 year.

COMMUNICATIONS

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS CLUB AT FIU | 2016

The International Student Club (ISC) is an organization that is dedicated to fostering diversity at FIU and supporting International Students during their academic careers. ISC strives to create a friendly environment which entertains, educates and challenges members.


In collaboration with the International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) office, I was in charge of informing ISC members about issues which affect and impact their lives at FIU, communicating and helping to organize events to the student body, and engaging with student organization partners. 

TALENT MANAGEMENT

AIESEC IN MIAMI | 2017

AIESEC is an international leadership organization that arranges internships and social projects for young people to go abroad. Students volunteer to support the mission to create more intercultural understanding in the world. AIESEC US works with nearly 20 partner countries on projects such as education, gender equality, and the environment.


In my 2017 term, I managed the talent planning, recruitment, onboard, education, engagement, performance development, and tracking, of 60 members in coordinance with our national talent management board.
