In 2016, I was responsible for field marketing and product campaigns at a local committee level for an international nonprofit organization, serving on an executive board that aimed to grow exchange program growth and campus presence. In my term, I recruited, trained, and managed a team of 12 students in content creation, advertising, social media, and event coordination. 

That year, AIESEC in Miami received 674 applications, garnering over 496% growth in attraction from the previous year of outgoing exchange program applicants. From this, my team was chosen from among 52 Local Committees in AIESEC United States to be awarded the Excellence in Marketing Growth for the 2016 year.

In my 2017 term, I managed the talent planning, recruitment, onboarding, education, engagement, performance development, and tracking of 60 members following our national talent management board.
